Jotun Paints operates the first phase of its factory in Jordan
 
The International Company for Paints Technology (Jotun Jordan) announced the operation of the first phase of its water-based paints production plant, which includes the production and supply of a range of new products that meet the requirements of the Jordanian market, with a production capacity of 15 million liters annually in the first phase, which can be increased to 45 million liters annually.
 
Those in charge of Jotun Paints Factory stated that the launch of the first phase comes from the peculiarity of the Jordanian market, and in response to the results of studies conducted during the past years, which stated that the Jordanian construction market is considered one of the promising and candidate markets for growth with great leaps during the coming period.

Shadi Al-Anabtawi, CEO of Jotun Jordan, expressed his happiness to operate the first phase of the factory, and said: “We are pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of our factory on Jordanian soil, and the start of operation using modern technologies that rely on automation completely. The factory provides high-quality materials according to the standards of the parent company - Norwegian Jotun ES - where the experiences of a well-established company with roots extending back more than 100 years in the European market were transferred to Jordanian cadres, where they were trained in manufacturing and automation processes, so that the materials produced conform to the highest specifications and with a margin Error or defect close to zero.
